To be invited to the Virtual Room Draw Event, you must:

Complete this Online Spring Housing Card by Friday, April 4th at 5pm

Register for Fall 2025 classes before Friday, April 4th at 5pm

Email Invites will be mailed out on Monday, April 7th with a specific time*

*If you are not able to make your time, then the information gathered in this form will be used to place you.

Seniors: Tuesday, April 8th 3-6pm

Juniors: Wednesday, April 9th 3-6pm

Sophomores and below: Thursday, April 10th 3-6pm

Housing Contract(Required)

In order to finalize and secure your room for the fall, you must complete the Online Housing Agreement within 24 hours of placement. You will be given a link during the Virtual Room Draw Event, or emailed the link. It is also found on the Housing Policies webpage. The Housing Agreement applies to any On-Campus space within the academic year. Type your initials to confirm that you have read and understand this information.
